  • Will the Razer Zephyr protect me from Covid-19?

    Razer Zephyr is not a medical device, respirator, surgical mask or personal protective equipment (PPE) and is not meant to be used on medical or clinical settings. It is not tested specifically against the COVID-19 virus, but offers the same functionality and adequate protection due to its 99% BFE rating.

  • Does the Razer Zephyr comply with mask mandates?

    Yes, the Razer Zephyr complies with mask mandates in the United States of America & in the United Kingdom*, but please observe your safety regulations and mask guidelines or consult your local public health authorities for potential usability of the product under applicable law.

  • Can I use the Razer Zephyr without the fans?

    Yes, the Razer Zephyr is breathable without the fans. However, the fans provide even more air circulation and cooling for even greater comfort.

  • Is the Razer Zephyr waterproof? 

    The Razer Zephyr is designed to be water resistant for small splashes but is not recommended for use during wet weather conditions.

  • Will the Razer Zephyr fit all head sizes?

    Yes, with the adjustable dual head straps and silicone face seal designed to fit snugly over the mouth and nose, users can simply adjust the head strap to fit their size.

  • How long can Razer Zephyr’s battery last?

    The Razer Zephyr’s battery can last up to 8 hours if set to Low Fan speed with Chroma lighting disabled.

  • How often should I replace my filters?

    It is recommended replace all disposable filters every 72 hours. If exposed to high-risk environments (enclosed locations with possible harmful particles) for prolonged periods, the filters need to be replaced as soon as possible.

  • How do I clean and maintain my Razer Zephyr?

    Wash detachable silicone face guard and straps gently with soap water. Rinse thoroughly and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the device. Avoid wiping inner plastic surface of device which may result in the damage of anti-fog layer that prevents condensation upon exhalation.
